Shipping And Handling
Delivery charge is €10 per item for all orders in the Republic and Northern Ireland and will take between on average 1 -2 days depending on the location and stock. Some remote areas can take up to 5 days for delivery. Most items are shipped with DPD Next Day and we require a contact number for the delivery company to make the delivery

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, a warning message will appear in the check out and you will have the option to select a different item, proceed with the order or to cancel the entire order. We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card the order was placed with.
Return costs are at your expense unless on the rare occasion the item is faulty. In the rare event your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange collection from you free of charge, within the Republic of Ireland, providing it is within the 30 day warranty. All returns from outside the Republic of Ireland are at customers expense. Returns under warranty, but outside of the 30 days will be at the customers cost. Returns due to discrepancies on images displayed on the site are at customers expense. All images are for demonstration purposes only and products may differ from those displayed. Please follow the instructions below and please make sure that the item was purchased from us before returning.

Can you please pack the return in adequate packaging for transportation.
Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number along with your order number and details of exchange or refund. Once we receive it back to the warehouse we will take care of the rest and send over conformation via the email.
